Reminder that Satan exists but he's powerless. So to pay him any attention is pointless and a misunderstanding of ones own faith.
God lets Satan think he (Satan) is tricking or influencing people, as a form of punishment and mockery, but in reality, he (Satan) can do nothing.
Satan is like Sauron in the fourth age
:Immortal, technically a superior being to humans, once capable of great power, but now totally and utterly powerless and wretched, wandering the earth in abject misery and impotent rage.
So Satan isn't in heck. He has nothing to do with heck. I don't think he's ever even been there; someone can correct me on that. He lives on earth, with us and among us, but of course, he's invisible and undetectable.
