Oh man, that's a tough one because there are so many amazing episodes of Family Guy
The first one that came to mind is "To Love And Die In Dixie", that's definitely a classic. It was one of the first Family Guy episodes I saw, my family rented it on DVD back in like 2005 and I don't think any of us knew much about the show. Anyway it's a great episode.
I haven't rewatched it in quite a while, but as far as I remember the show is really solid for at least the first 5 seasons
