Fricking frick. Medication I am on has made me have a super crazy appetite and made ny metabolism super slow.

Gained 30 pounds in 7 months. I weigh 200 pounds now. Most I have ever weighed iny my life. I hate how I didn't realize this earlier, bevause I usually don't watch my weight or look in the mirror much (I think mirrors are evil).

Now I am going on a real fricking diet.

Only eating:

• chicken breast

• beef liver

• eggs

• vegetables

• fruit

• milk

Might fast for a few weeks too, I need to be skinny quick, losing a few pounds a week is so r-slurred. It would take like 15 weeks to lose the excess weight if I lose 2 pounds a week. So dumb.

On the bright side, my bench, db press, and db curl have all gone up when I was previously hitting a plateau.

Also, I don't get light headed much anymore and I don't pass out anymore from low blood pressure.

Feel free to bully me, I am a fatass motherlover and I need to lose this fricking weight.

Btw, will fasting for a few weeks frick up my gains?
