I make a pretty amazing chicken pot pie, but this just tells me I need to up my crust game

I always had a problem with it sinking and getting gravy on top when baking but I saw to bake it separately on a cookie sheet and put it on top of the filling for the last 10 minutes of cooking and it works great. Scraps come out great too for extra in the bowl :marseythumbsup:
