Tretinoin 0.025% cream
Melazepam (Azelaic acid)
Galactomyces essence
Moisturize throughout the day with Hada Labo gokujyun hydrating lotion
I try to do a chemical peel at least one a week, try do have IPL treatments every 4-6 months.
Anyone else have some GOAT products or regimens that they wanna share?

I don't do anything special, I used to use a Neutrogena moisturizer when I was younger since I was in the ocean all the time. Now I have a moisturizer from some korean company. Honestly I don't understand the point of using multiple products, sounds like wypipo nonsense

If you're a mayo, or anything with less than Nigerian levels of melanin, buy some cheap butt daily sunscreen like Cerave.
OS-01 is very good, it's a topical senolytic that nukes old cells and preserves your skin from the issues cause by accumulation of senescent cells.
Copper Peptides are excellent to use, the ordinary sells a serum with matryxil and some other peptides that is awesome.
Retinol is great, especially if you can get full strength
Red light therapy every few days helps a lot
