!bookworms as you know Never Let Me Go is finished, we'll have a final thread to discuss the book as a whole this Sunday. So it's time to nominate books for the next bookclub. From what I remember, the concept is that we encounter an alien civilization that is incapable of fully abstract language. For them to have a word for something they have to witness it, and so humans can become words in their language. The story is from the perspective of a person who is a word.
