I've spent the last few years reading poorly translated Xianxian and Wuxia novels and since it's all the same generic shit I'm going to put this genre to rest as soon as I see the conclusion to a couple I'm actively reading and the 'books' are mostly written by male authors and can take an incredibly long while to read as most are within the 6-10 million word count range (The full 7 book master piece by Xeen TERF island is only a paltry 1 million words)

I really should start picking up some other forms of literature.

I make it a point to look up if women hate the book before reading it, this heuristic has never failed me so far. I adopted it after having been burned a few times in the past by female and soy authors

I actually have a lot because I have all the Warcraft, over half of the Warhammer, and nearly all of the Pathfinder books and a good chuck of those are female authors. Other then those I'm pretty sure only a few, I have a lot of non fiction whose authors I don't feel like looking up but I'm gonna guess none are female. I think N.K. Jemisin and the co-authors of the Asoiaf lorebooks are the only real female authors I have.

The only ones I've got besides cookbooks are the Odyssey and a Shakespeare anthology. I also have a couple translations that were done by women.

Don't have much of a bookshelf anymore. Most of my physical stuff is philosophy, Buddhism, or neat science stuff.

Only book by a foid might be The Last Tide by Pirateaba, and that's a graphic novel so doesn't count. It's a spinoff/tie-in of The Wandering Inn which would dominate my bookshelf if it actually had print editions.

I have more than that by Virginia Woolf alone. But she's white and kind of a chud so maybe that doesn't count any more
