I mean all the corpus ranging from Geoffrey of Monmouth fanfic history about WE WUZ TROJANZ N SHEET to "Le Mort D'Arthur" and most recently "The One and Future King"

I had to read most of them in collage and I can say that while they are masterclasses in prose, they are boring and predictable stories. Think Tolkien but with much worse lore and twice as longwinded to tell the same story, which is so apparent that a child could guess what's gonna happen.
