It's so good. I first saw my brother play it when I was a kid and it had such a cool aesthetic, but I didn't actually know what it was called until I was a teen and got into Garry's Mod and saw that these gas mask dudes I remembered from my childhood were from this "Half-Life 2" game, lol. That's when I played it myself for the first time. I fell in love with the original too once I got that. Also Black Mesa. Excellent remake.
Moemorphism (Japanese: 萌え擬人化, Hepburn: moe gijinka) is a form of anthropomorphism in anime and manga where moe (approx. "cute") qualities are given to non-human beings such as animals, plants, objects, concepts, or phenomena.

Can you believe this game launched in 2004? It was my first Steam game. Jesus Christ.
Edit: By that I mean it was the first Steam game period. It's what launched Steam more than the other way around.

Black Mesa was excellent. The sound track for the Xen part is out of this world 😍 I listen to it over Plex at work.
