J.J.Cale - Drifter's Wife

https://youtube.com/watch?v=oqVQ8YZ4dCg

J.J. Cale is an interesting person. He preferred to keep a low profile, but many of his songs were covered to quite a bit of fame. "After Midnight" and "Cocaine" were both written by him, more famously covered by Eric Clapton. "Call Me The Breeze" was also his song, much more known for the Lynyrd Skynyrd cover (which fricking rips btw). He characterized himself as more of a sound engineer, and stayed away from the public eye when possible. Many guitarists consider him one of the best players of all time. Eric Clapton considered him an idol. “When I think of great guitarists I think of Jimi Hendrix and JJ Cale. There is no one better than him.” - Neil Diamond.

So pour some out for this Oklahoma boy if you get a chance.
