Through Damian Marley and Buju, I actually haven't been into it for too, too long. I got lucky for the whole Jamrock Cruise thing.

I actually didn't know any jamaican artists except for Bob Marley until a few years ago a british rapper did a freestyle over the Dark Again Riddim. From searching that up I found this Vybz Kartel song :

Then I listened to the whole riddim album and found more artists like Busy Signal, Anthony B and Mavado

Where I live I don't think anyone knows what dancehall is at least people my age.
