If you follow that line of logic you realize there is no legit male anything. I had that realization while I was in the hospital, and I think not a lot of men get to have such a moment of pure lucidity because we imagine we are driven by a higher purpose.
I was so ill at the time it occurred to me I would never frick again, and suddenly my passion for all the things that had driven me in life vanished. I'm talking decades of hobbies, scholarly pursuits, my career, the house I was looking to build: completely vanished in an instant, an abyssal chasm of motivation to perform any action of any kind.
