Jazz is fricking awful. Jazzstrags will circlejerk about how “le complex” it is but who cares when it just sounds loud and boring. It's fine as background music in a Starbucks or something but I cannot imagine sitting down and actively deciding to listen to Jazz music

Jazz enjoyers, out of all other genre enjoyers, seem to be the most "I don't want to seem like the uncultured" one of the bunch. They listen so they don't look stupid for not getting it. It is the music of an average art student.
