I've had these, they're great. There was an Amish market near to where I grew up so they were legit, to boot.

They also had deep fried mac n' cheese bites shaped in little triangles and the best potato wedges I've had in my life. :tomatodrool: :turtoiseretarded: :pepedrool:

Awesome! They're in my fridge most of the time - they make a great snack. my understanding is pickled eggs is more of a bar thing in Ingerland ( @AverageBen10Enjoyer ).

I grew up not far from Lancaster PA so there's quite a bit of foods we got used to eating while living there.

This makes an excellent sandwich with mustard, cheese and a good kaiser roll

Pickled eggs spent decades as kind of a joke, something you'd see in a plastic tub behind the bar at only the worst old man pubs.

Now hipster gastropubs make their own so they're a bit hipper, but overall they're not so much a thing.
