Serious question.. but like how do people get tricked into thinking these sorts of novelty shitcoins would actually rise in value? Like is it just relying on people who literally don't understand how things have or don't have value? R-slurs and their money, man....

It will probably increase in value, although for my gambling style it has some red flags - the marketcap ($200m) is already too high and expensive ad buys like the OP are usually meant to lure in exit liquidity. I like to find ones with sub $10m mktcp and gtfo when it hits double digits. But sometimes high cap shitcoins have surprising staying power (shib, pepe) and apu is a strong meme.

They've seen coins go to the moon for no apparent and thought to themselves, "why can't I get in early on this?".
