They’re saying that it’s hypocritical for him to not support something that he personally benefited from. He benefitted from affirmative action, but for some reason he doesn’t support others benefitting from it. He pulled up the ladder behind him.

I love how they all assume that he benefited from the AA. Even funnier when they turn around and say that he's wrong to assume that everyone assumed that he benefited from the AA.
