Left the house and slept in her car somewhere for 2 weeks because my brother and I called her a dork
Lashed out at me at age 9 because I asked what was for dinner. She said “I'm so fricking sick of being a mother, I hate this, I've been doing this since I was 18, make yourself some dinner. Figure it out yourself”
When my father was diagnosed with a chronic, life-threatening heart condition she said to me, “I will do everything in my power to make sure he dies so I can take his pension and social security payments” (my dad was a good man by all accounts it's not like he was abusive or something, she just hated him)
Dad was a cat man. Loved the shit out of our cat, and the cat loved him equally as much. Anyway, my mother fed that cat rat poison and killed it (we didn't know this at the time. Found out later.) Truly sinister that at the time, she told us he “must've eaten one of those weird bugs in the basement”. Driving my dad to the emergency vet at 5am while our cat was dying, seizing, and convulsing in his arms is truly one of my bleakest memories.
Dad died of a heart attack like 2 months after this, a few days before Christmas, and on the day of his funeral mom kept making jokes about how he was still a virgin at age 27 when they met. This one's kinda funny ngl
Drunkenly cried at my brother's wedding because she found out I was in therapy. Kept saying “I know it's my fault you're seeing a therapist, I fricked you up” (never apologized for anything)
Just something to think about before you get involved with a BPD art hoe. I have 4 siblings and literally none of us are okay.
