I don't rent to bipocs.
My mentor once did, he rented an apartment to a single black woman. I told him black women can at any moment become pregnant and gets a random black dude and lose her job. And that's what happened, she didn't told my Jewish mentor that she had a children and her work contract was actually a fake one
and she was pregnant and invited some random black guy so an apartment he planed to rent to 1 person became a zoo and she was on welfare and stopped paying the rent and thing is it close to impossible to force a foid to on welfare to pay the rent if she decides a not to and on top of it she has lil children so kicking her out became close to impossible and would take years. (I am not sure you can even kick someone with very lil child but general rules say you can't kick some with child during winter, autumn and spring. If they told they need time to search new place you'll be forced to give them time).
I loled and my mentor he went ape shit and hired some east European who kicked all those black kwin shit while nobody was home and changed the locks. He got lucky she didn't decided to sue him.
TLDR: moral of story renting to bipocs is risky and often not worth

Impressive. Normally people with such severe developmental disabilities struggle to write much more than a sentence or two. He really has exceded our expectations for the writing portion. Sadly the coherency of his writing, along with his abilities in the social skills and reading portions, are far behind his peers with similar disabilities.
