Justin Amash is a Palestinoid and the only Libertarian to ever serve in Congress. He was a libertarian-leaning Republican for most of his career, later transferring to the Libertarian Party in 2020. He did not seek re-election after that and left office in 2021.
Fun fact: the NY Times, in comparing the number of white to non-white members of Congress, listed Amash as white but a Democrat Palestinian-American as non-white.
