No he's literally been saying this shit for years. The proposed plan is that the fate of Israel be determined by a "democratic" vote where voting rights are granted only to people who lived in the territory prior to 1947 or their descendants. This is totally just and fair and definitely not designed to place the decision in the hands of a 90% fanatical muslim voter base.
