Noooooooo. There was a poll once where something like 98% of Lebanese had a negative opinion about Israel.
Around 1977-1982 the main Christian faction was allied with Israel. But keep in mind that all of those people were allied with Syria before and after. Lebanese gangsters making a deal with a foreign power doesn't indicate some affinity that the whole population has. For example the last year of the war was Christians supported by Saddam Hussein against everyone else and they were arguably the good guys.

I'm not a lawyer so this might be technically true, but they were basically allowed to keep doing their thing with some minor changes. Like you can't get married after you become a priest. But it's still okay to be married.
Same with the Greek Catholics. They can keep doing their Orthodox stuff, they just fall under Rome now.
