Nah. The predominant ethnicities in those countries were the majority in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries as nation states were emerging from the prior forms of governance. And while I bet there's lots of racism and favoritism in those countries to benefit the major ethnic group, none of them have to keep millions of people stateless non citizens in the middle of their territory in order to remain in control of the government.
