Did they delete the actually offensive pictures? The one with the model holding a dead body looks obviously photoshopped so was it them photoshopping that and posting it and then deleting it or is it sneeding people photoshopping it to scream about something that isnt real?

It doesn't look photoshopped to me
The original tweet was here: https://x.com/zara/status/1733169645342114075
But it's been deleted and I can't find an archive that includes images. Here's the QTs:

Huh. Is there some context I'm missing about why everyone thinks this is about Palestine?

The set is destroyed like Gazan buildings and the model is carrying the wrapped corpse of a child victim of Jew bombs. Also, the crack in the wall looks like Israel if you flit it, mirror it, and enhance it. Also, the white powder on the canvas obviously represents white phosphorous which the Jews are using to murder Palestinian children.

lmao that explains why they thought it was a good idea to post it and then immediately panicked and deleted when everyone was like "THIS IS ABOUT PALESTINE?????"

A Christmas ad got pulled because it used green and red, but also black to represent something Christmassy that had been burned. Those three colours in close proximity was an obvious anti-Palestinian dogwhistle, sweaty, as no one would associate red and green with Christmas.
