for everything else (e.g. abortion), the more homogeneously left-wing the campus is, the more students feel free to speak their minds without walking on eggshells about the other side's point of view. israel-palestine is the opposite; wherever the left has power this issue is tense as frick, and wherever they don't people can talk normally about it.
