I don't think this true, plus Israel can just buy more since they're allowed to buy the high the stuff. But also I significantly doubt Israeli tank losses in this relatively low casualty war exceed Russian ones considering they've only taken a hundredish casualties while Russia has taken 100kish as a low estimate.
Regardless, Israel is doing fine and making steady progress with minimal casualties, counting tank losses that'll easily last them through the war is just some weird third worlder cope.
