It's almost been 2 years since the monke putin 3-day special military operation special, every Russian/Ukrainian that wanted to flee here to avoid serving is here already.
I actually got a new Russian co-worker a year ago due to it (knows Jack shit about Judaism too lol) and my GF was hosting a family for a month too, that particular wave of immigration was kinda over before this war.
The reason for why there's still so many Russians coming is because Russia still has an inexplicably huge amount of Jews, some are only linked by one Jewish grandmother and go back once they realize that things aren't easy here too.
