Oh man it's my time to shine.

Still relatively fresh after surgery judging by the gauze in there. Looking like it maybe got infected, imagine the smell is not good.

What the frick is going on with the labia? It's very ruffled and looks like it might be sloughing off a bit? Some skin loss is fairly normal but this is pretty bad.

Frick hole is covered by gauze so can't really get a good rating on that. But it does seem infected.

The clitoral area is looking bad, really bad. I'm not sure if the neo clit peepee head has died and fallen off, or if it's just really rough up there.

Appearance wise it's terrible, it looks nothing like a natal vagina. No frick hole judgement, the neo clit is either gone or really struggling to establish itself.

This is at best a 2/10 but I'm leaning towards a strong 1. It's not gonna heal very well. Willing to bet it has a lot of sensory issues, pain and nastiness. Maybe lost the peepeehead and that's basically.total neo vagina death for sensation and cannot be fixed if it falls off.
