I agree with most of your post except for this one. Hamas leaders have set up in hospitals and nations outside of Palestine in such a way that it would be difficult/close to impossible to get at that without breaking some rules of engagement mandated by international law.

While I agree that precision strikes are tough, that's kind of the point.
