ICC tries to arrest both Israel and Palestine

He is military commander of hamas. Israel has tried to kill him 7 times (maybe more). Usually by blowing everything up and hoping to kill him. They have managed to kill whole lot of people around him. Incouding his family. But he is still alive.

One point he had fragments in his skull and he survived. At one point he was rumoured to be wheelchair bound. He would be rolled around gaza. Apartment to apartment. Never staying in one place too long. Palestinians had nickname for him. Something like guest. Becouse he would always be someones guest.

Israel didnt even have proper pictures of him. What they had were old.

December they got sightings of him. And aperently he was walking on his own. But still needed wheelchair. Rumour before that was he had lost all of his limbs and eye.

Basically he is most wanted man in gaza. Even more then hamas leader Sinwar. For longest time israel has tried to kill him. And they realky have tried.

You can imagine reaction if he turns up in Netherlands. After all that time he actually goes to court. In Netherlands. And frankly that would be propaganda victory for hamas. They could show whole world scars of deif. Air out all he dirty laundry and why they fight. Then shame israel if they dont stand in trial.
