Because only a total fricking r-slur would believe the polls had any value. When they do actual real life polls they either use the phone (knocked out in Gaza) or you carefully pick the most average houses in the neighborhood and knock on people's doors. Half of the population doesn't have a door to knock on. Also they've been displaced from their homes, which ruins most of the data you'd care about.

I understand that it's beyond your intellectual capacity, but you cant just say "poll bad" whenever you encounter evidence you don't like. You have to explain why such a poll would produce results biased in the specific way you're implying it's biased.
