Not really. you need training. There's a large diffrence between a trained and organized force and Mohamed waking up on the wrong side of the bed and getting the kitchen knife.

They do actually receive some degree of training, and they were getting a fair amount of material support beyond 'and AK', this of course would have not been possible if they were just run of the mill militants but they aren't - they're a proxy military of Iran, who pays their bills, does its best to make sure they have the best weaponry they can sneak into the Gaza strip or manufacture there, and that they have some degree of tactical sophistication.
