I don't know if this guy is important, but a couple of these guys the Israelis killed definitely were. The commanders of 2/3 sectors along the border.

Hezbollah is stuck in a bad situation here. If the status quo keeps going on they're losing guys at about a 20:1 ratio vs. Israel and their leaders are gradually getting bumped off. So they can't keep this up forever. They've got to either get a cease-fire or escalate.

They're not escalating because that's how they get carpet bombed and take even more losses.

Yes, absolutely. If they escalate it doesn't matter if they "win" the war, they lose. There's nothing they can do to stop the Israelis from bombing the heck out of Beirut yet again. Shooting 100,000 rockets at Israel isn't something they'll do just because Iran asks them to like so many tard experts say. It's their nuclear option, for when they know that another invasion has started and most of them are going to die either way.

The situation right now is the opposite of the late 1990s. The Israelis know who to kill, they know how to do it, and they can keep doing this year after year if they have to. I admit I'm a bit surprised. It seems they really have come up with a military solution to the Hezbollah problem.
