Three Israelis killed in the West Bank by mysterious forces

A little-known militant group calling itself the Khalil al-Rahman Brigade claimed responsibility

This is unusual. Hollywood loves to make movies about terrorists who want to "get away with it". This never happens IRL because by its very definition terrorism requires your victims to know what your demands are. They may wink and nod and act cutesy about "Black September", "Islamic Jihad", "some other part of the IRA", etc. but at the end of the day they make sure everyone knows who did it.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad would be hyping up their responsibility if they did it. This might be a splinter off Fatah (over the years it's splintered more than a white woman's makeup). I suggested at the beginning of the war that might happen. It could be some new organization but I doubt it. There's a Khalil al-Rahman Haqqani in Afghanistan so it could be a few tards claiming they're the new ISIS affiliate but that really doesn't mean anything beyond branding. I'm far from sure about this, but my best guess is it's guys from Fatah who have been trained by Fatah (maybe even directly by the US) and they're doing their own thing now.
