Would you allow Palestinian state their own army for example? If not, its not sovereign. You can say you don't allow it and thats understandable from israeli perspective, and thats why conflict is inevitable.

No lol? Most protestors still call it a genocide, if they are protesting against Lebanon war then they aren't calling it a genocide since it isn't. But I haven't seen anyone that was pro Palestine change their stance with regards to declaring the Gaza war a genocide.
