Also the fact that all addresses in sweden are public record. Last year a "teenager" murdered a dad and shot a mom and her baby, because they had the same last name as some gang member

It's a pretty funny situation where a high-trust (read: white) society meets a culture where violence is completely accepted as a means of conflict resolution. It's just ripe for abuse, and because 90% of said society will never actually experience the negative outcomes directly it'll take decades before things get so out of hand that they will be forced to become less trusting.
