LMAO, nothing random about it. UNRWA's whole purpose is to keep the flame of 1948 alive, to maintain in perpetuity and even enlarge the population of "refugees" (read: middle class citizens of other countries whose grandparents fled the war 75 years ago), to give an air of international legitimacy and source of funding to terror organisation and operate their madrassas, and to demand a made up "right of return" that will make Israel an Arab-majority country at the stroke of a pen. They exist only to bite Israel's hands, but Netanyahu is too much of a kitty to do anything about it.
