The 17-year-old called Amos Moses Yee was a former tradcath turned atheist, who was terminally online before being terminally online was a thing, and seemed to think he was an American as a result of his only social interactions consisting of ranting for americans on Youtube.

He was found guilty of talking shit and went to jail a bunch of times, until in 2016 he fled to the US. For many years, he was the face of those oppressed by the PAP (Lee Kuan Yew's party) and continued to rant against the government until... his arrest over pedophilia charges. Yep.

Yee was also warned that he may be deported back to Singapore and may be denied entry to the US in future, as well as potentially being denied naturalization as a U.S. citizen.[206][6][31][32] The sentence was backdated to when he was arrested, with him projected to be released on 8 October 2026.[207]

You missed the most significant part is that he was a p-do advocate activist for the longest part of the story. He was a medically diagnostic narcissist( no surprise!) He was banned from everywhere and the skeptic community who defended his
abandon him. I was checking his p-do support videos back then and thought the kid had a gigantic contrarian mental issue since he has to poke the taboo in both Singapore (insulting muslim/dead leader) and US(p-do) but not actually a p-do. I guess I was wrong then. Either way, he was indeed a huge dramatard. Fun fact he has a blog on his website named Polycle short for polymath and oracle where he shit out his narcissistic autism. Well, I'm glad Turkey Tom did a huge video on him too.
