My favourite fact about Malays is that they're so shiftless and lazy that the Malaysian government set up literal institutional discrimination against citizens of Chinese or Indian descent. Despite being the majority, Malays get cheaper housing, subsidised education, and guaranteed job quotas.
All of this and more to artificially keep them in positions of power.
