Dells support site force sets the language based on IP

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/nl-nl/000132041/understanding-beep-codes-on-a-dell-notebook-pc

!codecels come lol at the webshits

And of course #modern #browsers don't consider this redirect worthy of adding to the back button (This enrages me as much as the "lets let sites rewrite the address bar from javascript!" jackoff)

This is very common. Usually there's a control somewhere on the page that lets you choose the language, but it can be hard to find. In this case it's right there at the top.

Almost as bad as unicode programs which refer to the codepage setting for non-unicode apps when determining the language to use

As opposed to the fricking system language setting

I'm pretty sure most people these days have no understanding whatsoever of the actual HTTP spec. The amount 200 status codes responses I have received when there is actually an error is pretty ridiculous.
