I’m a work from home cel/chad and I can never bring myself to DoorDash lunch unless it’s a really really bad day.

My favorite are the sysadmins and IT techies who are so paranoid about malware that they recommend spending tens of thousands dollars and laborhours on anti-phishing training and overly complicated software plans. The company in question: 5 people with a basic windows server.

I think the best take is sure you need to craft believable phishing emails but you really do not want your users hating IT.
