I wouldn't mind Windows if it was good. It just feels like it's powered purely by inertia. The fact you can run an exe from 2002 is it's main and only appeal.

Win2k was the perfect OS imo

NT architecture with DOS compatibility, built in networking /admin suite and ran on as little as a p2 w/128MB of ram
