:marseyitsover: Due to blade damage, Mars Helicopter Ingenuity will not fly again

NASA's history-making Ingenuity Mars Helicopter has ended its mission at the Red Planet after surpassing expectations and making dozens more flights than planned. The really do seem to have some of their fricking best working on their mars robotics. They've consistently gotten years of extra service life out of their rovers

Like any good engineer, they internally have some expected range for life, give the brass the low end, and get applauded when it ends up lasting longer than the minimum. You don't want to give brass a range because they're stupid enough to punish you if your device ends up closer to the lower end of the range than the higher.
