The feds got to them so they had to switch to only lend one copy of a book digitally for each physical copy they have. I'm pretty sure you just make an account and it acts like a digital library where you can borrow books which auto return with time.

They decided to do that themselves because they were like "then we'll be like a real library so it'll be legal right?" the copyright infringement lawsuit is because they made up that concept and didn't get the publisher's permission.

Those are books :marseymoreyouknow: they have a literal physical copy of which they “lend” out so it's like totally legal and not like libgen. From memory :marseycensored: you can get them downloaded in the adobe :marseypdf: format then use a calibre plugin to rip them, so it's quite doable.
