to me, "tc" always comes off as cope for people who are paid in worthless options. i mean, i know a lot of places have serious alternative forms of compensation, but i don't think the guys who brag about it on social media work at those places

it just gives me the mental image of a room full of neurodivergents at shitty "workspaces" that are acually just folding tables and there's definitely an r-slurmaxxing chad in a corner office who proudly calls himself an "ideator"
