Dissolving your trade association the moment that someone accuses you of violating antitrust rules, pretty much confirms that you were violating those rules.

This is the issue with these associations. They're ran by generally moronic busy bodies so they don't know how to avoid getting in trouble. You make yourself the center of conscious parallelism acting as a Hub and Spoke cartel when you do this and unless you're an antitrust attorney that knows not to avoid very specific acts of "organizing," you're going to get caught.
