I returned a fricking smart door lock today due to being the fricking wrong model number but that's like the fricking first real frickup in ages.

Using brick and mortar stores post 'rona sucks more IME. Everything is fricking messy, unorganized, out of stock and the fricking employees are fricking less than useless who are fricking always in bad moods.
