people would like EVs more if it wasn't for shit like the Cybertruck making them all look bad.

there's legitimate gripes like "the stupid fricking lack of door handles being unable to handle freezing rain" but those are because Tesla was designed by people ("""people""") living in California for people living in California.

If Tesla made gas vehicles, they still would've had terrible panel gaps, bumpers falling off in the rain, dumbass interiors, suicidal autopilot, and snow falling into the trunk. The raw EV drivetrain on Teslas is actually pretty solid, it's the rest of the half-baked car making them a meme.

RUH RUH RUH MUH TOWING RANGE because most people totally tow all the time amirite? an f150 lightning is still fully capable of picking up a fridge from Home Depot, yanking out that dead bush, hauling a load of gravel from the quarry for your patio project, and towing your boat to the lake.

If Tesla made gas vehicles

They'd be out of business already. Ergo, EV fault. They're propping up a shit company with the fact that it (was) one of the few EV makers.

Now it's being propped up by techbros and wannabe techbros who think they're into cars because they bought a model 3.

Its strange how recently people started bashing elons products just because theyre badly designed and all hype, even though reddit and liberals clearly propeled tesla to that market share
