The problem with global transparency is that it is only possible in an even more homogeneous system than we have today.
to be quite honest I believe it is simply not possible in a dimorphic species such as us humans to be fully transparent as a civilization because most of our more deeply programmed desires/ wants can often result in active revulsion in the other gender. The one disadvantage of a sexually competitive species pretending it is not one. Both sides develop strategies that benefit them the most and would cause revulsion in the other when caught due to the inability to relate while seeing attempts at sexual conquest over others.
This is just one example of how we are not biologically capable of the level of transparency that is desired in our stories of utopia.
I haven't even touched upon the cultural layer where we are behaviorally far more heterogeneous than most other species as far as I can gather.
The best we can do right now is to create a global admixture population where everybody is close enough genetically to have an in group bias towards the entire global community.

bruh u need to literally touch grass more, preferably somewhere outside ur home country for a few years. for the most part we are vastly more homogenous than heterogenous, and this is a by product our the physical nature of our existence and how we spend most our lives dealing and up keeping that.
yes yes, we are very confused on this fact, and get caught up in bs nuances we think creates huge chasms... and then act on those confusions violently self-inflicting trauma on ourselves, reinforcing our delusions. but the reality is these chasms are entirely in our head, and not something inherent to our nature.
the solution to this is free information in general, including in the long run, full transparency. look: without transparency, truth is hard to find, with few having the time to really seek it out, if even possible. of course such a world gets all fricked up and caught up in it's idiocracy. and of course this was an inevitable in our progression, as we inherently evolved from a state of pure cosmic ignorance.
it's worth remembering: we have barely just built the technology for a system of full transparency. heck we might even claim we haven't deployed the internet enough yet to build full transparency. but we have certainly deployed it far enough to start implementing it for all those currently connected. don't be writing it off that soon, jeez... we have millions if not billions of years a head of us to manage, assuming we don't self destruct before we figure ourselves out for good.

My good friend, I would counter that you live too deep within the west and assume that your idea of traveling to other countries is to move from Europe to North America, or North America to Europe. I can assure you the rest of the world lives by very different values than these two regions of the world.
I doubt we have millions of years to manage unless scientific advancements and discoveries are infinite in number and there is no end to the laws of the universe. Simply figuring out everything would lead to either our species ascending or collapsing in on itself because it reached its limits and now only killing each other remained.
We are a species cursed with too much self awareness to find joy living in an existence where all questions have been answered and all limits have been confirmed.
The kind of transparency you are asking for is simply not possible as it has never been practiced till date. You are asking for something completely new and speaking with the confidence of it being something already tried and tested.
