It means you're using Windows. The hexes were put in during the Ballmer years as part of a deal with the devil

Has this happened more than one time? Otherwise I wouldn't pay too much attention to it (unless you think the NSA would target you). Drivers are notoriously coded with the butt and are prone to generic errors like this.

Quoting my windows internals book:
