I think he's just a massive cute twink. Gambling isn't going anywhere. Literally every single large gaming company has some connection to some form of gambling. Handwringing about children getting involved in gambling due to CSGO skins isn't going to change anything when that child can just as easily walk into a fricking Target and buy one of the numerous physical lootboxes that exist in the toy aisle.

Gambling is just part of life. Minors are going to gamble regardless of any restriction. It's not worth going after valve, dave and busters, target, pokemon, wizards, and all the other companies profiting off of gambling in minors.
